  • March is reading month!

Click here for a calendar of all the events happening this month.

Please remember to take time each day to read with your child. A monthly reading log went home for you to keep track of your minutes reading. The more time spent reading helps expose your child to more words and this helps with school success. So please encourage daily reading.

  • Van Buren Public Safety Director Greg Laurain issued a press release in support of the OK2SAY initiative launched by the State of Michigan. This initiative was created to enable students to confidentially report potential harm or criminal activities involving students or school employees.

    ok 2 say

The OK2SAY focus is early intervention and prevention, acting as an early warning system to thwart school tragedies before they occur. The link for this program will become a permanent part of our District and School websites. We also have a FAQ section on this program.
