Farm Team Definition: a farm team, or feeder team, generally refers to a team or club whose role it is to provide experience and training for young players, with an agreement that any successful players can move on to a higher level at a given point.

In an ongoing effort to attract and maintain the best and brightest techno-geeks, Van Buren Public Schools Tech Leaders have started our own BTL (Building Tech Leader) Farm Team.  Here are some recent up-and-comers.  Check back for more updates.
