CLASS OF 1960

Fred graduated from Belleville High School in 1960, he then attended Northern Michigan University and received his B.A. in Education. He then went to Western Michigan University and received his M.A. in Audio/Visual Media. He was a teacher at the middle, high school and university level. He was a business owner of the Galley, a sandwich shop. Fred also coached baseball and was a board member for Knights of Columbus. He was a supporter of the Children’s Center in the Philippines. He collected donations for programs like Heating Assistance Program, helped with Meals on Wheels and was an active member of the Portage Eagles and the American Legion.
