To help students retain their reading skills over the Summer, everyone will get to pick another FREE book to give a forever home to! This book will be tied to Rawsonville's Youtube channel, so they have the option to read along with a fellow student, who created a video for the book! Looks like 1st grade snuck on in to 1st place & took the lead for the end of week 3! BUT...it is not over yet. Next week is the LAST week of Penny Wars & any grade could still take the Champion's crown! Like in the movies, an underdog could still come out on top...

Week 2 results are in...and 3rd grade is currently in the lead! Week 1 totals were added to what was brought in during week 2 & it appears the 4th grade (week 1 leaders) were clobbered with silver coins! Congratulations to MaKayla Phillips, winner of the Rawsonville PTO Scholarship! Mr. Harding (her favorite teacher), was able to present the award, which made it even more meaningful! Way to go, MaKayla! We're proud to call you a former Mustang!
A.C.E.S. Day- Hooray!! All children exercised simultaneously on this beautiful, sunny day! We couldn't have asked for any better weather & the students had LOADS of fun!
USAF Veteran (and frequent Rawsonville volunteer), Don Saven, was back again to train next year's Flag Corp! Students filled out Leadership Applications & went through an interview process. They will continue to train with our current Flag Corp & take over the position when we return in September. Great job, Mustangs!
