This past weekend your BHS robotics team, the Belle-Villains competed at home for their first competition of the season. They ended the qualification matches 17th out of 40 teams and were the 1st choice of the 3rd alliance for playoffs. During playoffs the team was part of a match that broke multiple FIRST robotics world records for this season. During this match, the Villains lost 222 - 214, just 8 points! This match has the highest scoring combined clean score of any match this season worldwide. This means the highest combined score where there were no penalty points. We have the highest teleoperated (or human operated) score for a match this season. Finally, it was the highest score that resulted in a loss this season. The Belle-Villains will compete again over spring break at Renaissance high school to try and secure their spot at the state championship this year!
